Dr. Jason Weigner
DC, DACRB – Clinic Director
Dr. Weigner received his Doctorate from Life University in 2002. He is a National Board-certified Chiropractor, A certified Clinical Electromyography, a certified Decompression Practitioner, and certified with a specialized study in Physiological Therapeutics.
Dr. Weigner has extensive post-education in the rehabilitation of spinal and extremity injuries and specializes in Neuropathies, Fibromyalgia, and Weight Loss.
Dr. Jason Brajer
M.D.- Interventional Pain Management
Dr. Jason Brajer became board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management after completing his training at Thomas Jefferson University. Since 2008, Dr. Brajer has been in private practice devoting 100% of his time to Interventional Pain Management. He has given over 50,000 spinal injections in his career and does virtually all the currently approved and accepted interventional pain management injections and procedures on the entire spine, which include sympathetic blocks for CRPS / RSD, injections for PTSD, and spinal cord stimulator trials.
Dr Steve O Odeh

Cardiovascular Care
Dr. Odeh has been in practice for over 25 years. Received certification by the American Board of Surgery in 1998 and Thoracic Surgery in 2000. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Jos. Faculty of Medicine in Nigeria. Completed a research fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Followed by a surgical residency at New York Medical College, and completed a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Odeh has served as Dean of Clinical sciences at the University of Saint Eustatius School of Medicine in St. Maarten, Dutch Caribbean, and as Clinical Chair of Surgery at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine in New York. He has been Director of Thoracic and Vascular Surgery at several New York City area hospitals. His current area of clinical focus is on Endovascular Surgery, Advanced Wound Care Management and Cardiovascular Care.
Dr Odeh is a compassionate physician with excellent bedside manners.
Ana Beard
Adult Nurse Practitioner
Ana received her masters of science in nursing degree from Villanova University. She has spent 15 years of her nursing career at Jefferson Hospital in Center City caring for patients across various specialties including orthopedic, neurosurgery, and neurology. She believes in quality, compassionate health care and working together with patients to achieve OPTIMAL physical health.
Ana loves spending time with her children and husband, especially at the shore in Brigantine NJ. She also loves coffee, Mexican food, and all Philadelphia sports teams!
Sarah Hazel
Billing and Administrative Director
Sarah is our Billing and Administrative Director. She has been working in the medical industry for over 20 years, and has spent the last 4 in Medical Billing and Coding. She also holds Masters Degrees in Public Health and Information Technology.
Outside of work, she is a life-long handbell ringer and currently rings in a local community ensemble. Sarah lives with her partner Gordon along with 3 dogs and 4 cats.
Amber Albert
Patient Coordinator
Amber, a native of Delaware County, has been member of the Discover Optimal Healthcare family since 2015. Amber’s mission is to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality of care available from the team. Each morning she reviews the patients schedule with the entire staff to confirm each member has the most up to date patient information. And throughout the day she reviews, tracks, and confirms accuracy of patient charts. Amber believes that keeping the lines of communication between patients and the team is critical to patient success.
When not helping patients, Amber is a true Philadelphia Eagles fan, and we’d expect nothing less from a DELCO girl!
